Description
The BigRep IPSO 105 is a high-temperature industrial FFF printer designed for demanding engineering applications such as tooling, aerospace-grade prototyping, and production of large functional parts. It combines a spacious 105-liter heated chamber (up to 100 °C) with a bed that reaches 180 °C, enabling reliable printing of advanced materials like PC, PEKK, PEEK, and carbon-fiber composites. Its dual DSX extruders support Relay Mode for uninterrupted production and excel at handling flexible or high-performance filaments.
Automation features—like topology-based bed leveling, automated calibration, and remote monitoring via an HD camera—enable user-friendly, around-the-clock operation. Safety and print quality are enhanced through precise thermal control, integrated HEPA and carbon filtration, and a fail-safe safety circuit. Positioned between desktop and large-format systems, the IPSO 105 offers a compelling balance of build size, material capability, and automation, often described as a “tool-maker’s tool” for industrial designers and engineers.
