Syncthing - a program that can be used to sync files between devices. Not very reliable - its not very automatic so you end up with files not being synced if you don't make sure syncing happens before loading Obsidian.
FreeFileSync - can sync a Google Drive folder with the iCloud Drive folder (I have not tested)
