Description

The Prusa CORE One L+ is a large-format, fully enclosed Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printer designed for high-speed, precision printing of functional prototypes, engineering components, and large-scale models. Built around a rigid CoreXY motion system, the printer features Prusa’s direct-drive Nextruder, a high-flow nozzle, and advanced motion-control technologies that enable fast printing while maintaining excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy. With a generous build volume of 300 × 300 × 330 mm, nozzle temperatures up to 290°C, a heated build plate reaching 120°C, and an actively heated chamber capable of reaching 60°C, the printer supports a broad range of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon, and flexible filaments. Its advanced AC convection heatbed provides uniform temperature distribution across the build surface, helping minimize warping and improve dimensional stability when printing larger parts. Automatic mesh bed leveling, load-cell-based first-layer calibration, and integrated filament sensors help ensure reliable operation with minimal user intervention. The printer also features Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, remote monitoring through Prusa Connect, and compatibility with PrusaSlicer. Combining a substantial build volume with advanced thermal management, versatile material compatibility, and automated calibration, the CORE One L+ is particularly well suited for rapid prototyping, engineering applications, educational environments, and the production of large, durable functional parts.
